How do I become a driver?
Becoming an Allez driver is easy. If you have a valid driver’s license, approved registered car, and insurance, then download the Allez Driver app, register, and start driving with us!
What is an approved car?
A valid car is 20 years or newer with a clean interior and exterior. Cars must be registered and have valid insurance. Drivers must upload photos and videos of the interior of the car during registration.
How much does Allez make per ride?
Allez will get a small fraction of each ride which goes towards app support and expansion.
When are drivers paid?
Drivers are paid every 1st and 15th of every month directly to their bank accounts. Drivers can opt to get paid weekly for a $15 transaction fee. Please allow 3 to 5 business days, depending on your banking institution, for funds to be cleared.
How often can a driver use the app?
Drivers create their own schedule. Drive as much or as little as you want.
Can a driver decline a ride?
Drivers are able to decline ride requests, however, after 3 declined rides within a 24 hour period, the driver will not receive any further ride requests within 24 hours.
Will drivers earn tips?
Yes, 100% of tips go directly to the driver.
How does the driver referral program work?
Drivers who refer a driver will receive an extra $50 XCD after the referred driver has completed 10 rides.
How does driver ratings work?
Riders will have the opportunity to rate a driver after a trip has been completed. Drivers with 5-star rating and an approved number of rides will receive Allez rewards. Drivers who fall below a 2-star rating will not be allowed to drive with Allez.
Can drivers rate riders?
Yes, drivers will also have the opportunity to rate a rider. If a driver rates a rider with 2 stars or below, then the rider will not be matched with the driver in the future.
Can I register more than one vehicle?
Yes, you can register more than one vehicle.
