As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Field Marketing Intern to join our team and help bring our brand to life on the ground.
About the Role
As a Field Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, engaging with customers, executing marketing campaigns in key markets. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to drive user acquisition, build relationships with local businesses, enhance Allez’s presence in the community, and most importantly register new drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, activations, and events.
- Engage directly with potential riders and drivers to educate them about Allez’s services.
- Assist Drivers with registering on the Allez Driver app and uploading required documents.
- Distribute promotional materials, conduct on-the-ground outreach, and collect customer feedback.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Monitor and report on field marketing performance, including customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts by capturing content from events and activations.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer behavior to improve marketing strategies.

- Possess a strong understanding of technology
- Ability to communicate well and effectively both written and orally
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional listening skills
- Ability to diagnose, research, and effectively resolve issues
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about marketing, brand building, and community engagement.
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in field marketing, promotions, sales, or customer engagement is a plus.
